How do I cancel a booking?

Open the booking in the app and tap Cancel. Customers can cancel up to 2 hours before the start time. For later changes, call the shop directly from the booking page.

How do I pay?

You pay at the shop. Tressle does not take online payments yet.

How do I get my shop on Tressle?

Install Tressle Business, sign in with your phone number, claim your Google business listing or create your shop, and submit it for review. Our team checks every shop before it goes live.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. Or see Delete account.
